The trail blazer of his family and the company. After several exits, and even more acquisitions, he grew a small family-owned business to a middle market entity. He has a knack eye for creating organic growth and identifying acquisitions that bring synergistic value to the organization. With an extensive background in the battery business, he is now making quite the splash in the PTV industry.

Shivan Patel

With an engineering background and an eagerness for problem-solving, Shivan spent the early years at Indic Group pushing towards modernity. An autodidact in many regards, his capacity to quickly grasp and deploy new concepts allowed him to develop financial, accounting, and technological infrastructure that was tailored to the company’s industry-specific needs and supported its rapid growth.

Param Vora

Param is a customer-obsessed product management professional with 10+ years’ experience delivering proven results in individual contributor and management roles across hardware, software, GTM, and product teams. Param integrates software and operations to produce business intelligence reports that allow the organization to make better decisions.

Yvonne Zhuang

With 20 years of experience in the Asian Shipping Industry, Yvonne brings in depth knowledge of international cargo movement. Due to her Accounting background, she understands not only the flow of product, but capital. Yvonne uses her relationships, international communication skills, and bargaining power to ensure guaranteed shipping lines at competitive rates.

Andy Patel

Andy is a results-oriented inspiring leader with a proven track record of delivering YOY results. He has a passion for building high-performance teams based on trust, accountability, and respect for the individual. Using his skills, he manages the tasks like Procurement and Warehouse Design using his corporate experience from previous roles.

Karl Young

Karl brings with him 30 years of experience in international business and joint product development. Starting his career at Princeton building reactors led to him doing 4 years of active-duty recall after September 11, 2001. Karl assisted in establishing directed energy technologies RDT&E program for Naval Aviation. He has been engineering energy storage since 2006 and helped Indic Group launch Advanced Li.
